James Monroe’s Oak Hill Museum Exhibition
HISP 463 is a group project class that researches and designs exhibit panels for the fifth President’s residence, Oak Hill in Loudoun County, Virginia.
Currently in progress, to be completed in April 2026.
Minecraft Digital Exhibit
Completed Fall 2024.
Created a museum-like exhibit in the video game Minecraft. Worked with a group of students to research and create a model and a historically accurate town in the city of Canton, China. HIST 300D9 – Minecrafting the Asian Past.
Devil-Goat Day Digital Archive
In progress, will be completed as of April 2026.
Working with a group of 3 other students to research, design, and execute a digital archive for the University of Mary Washington Tradition of Devil-Goat Day. This site will make artifacts and history more accessible and will come just in time for the centennial of Devil-Goat Day!
HIST 299 Project
Completed Fall 2025.
This paper was dedicated to the research of peppers, specifically pimento peppers, in the early twentieth century in the southern United States. This research was done on seed catalogs, Experiment Stations, and letters from farmers and industrialists.
HIST 308 Project
Completed Fall 2024.
This paper researched women in the workforce in the aftermath of World War II and the effects it had on employment and opportunities for women.
Senior Thesis
In progress, will be completed by December 2026.
This research will focus on impostors and fraud in Russia and its threat to autocracy.
